    These terms & conditions apply to all Joëlle Wehkamp offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries of Joëlle Wehkamp. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order.   • PAYMENT METHODS
    You can choose from the following secure payment methods: PayPal, Ideal, and Credit card; Maestro, AMEX, Mastercard, VISA and Paypal accepted cards. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receiver's end.
  • ORDER PROCESS
    Once you placed your order the agreement becomes binding. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order. CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER If you have any urgent changes please contact Joëlle Wehkamp at sjoesjoe@live.com Once your order has been picked up by the shipping courier, we are not able to change or cancel an order once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made. DELIVERY All framed print orders will be send in the beginning of the new month. This to keep it all fun andmost of all sustainable – I will only print and frame what is needed. Please be patient, your piece of art will come ☺ NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS All the products in the Joëlle Wehkamp shop are non-refundable.
  • SHIPPING COSTS
    Depending on the product or when ordering multiple products, your package will be heavier and bigger, and therefore shipping costs become higher. The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order. IMPORT TAXS & DUTIES International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. from this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. Joëlle Wehkamp is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Joëlle Wehkamp, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
  • SHIPPING
    SHIPPING COURIERS Depending on your order JoëlleWehkamp delivers most European orders via courier service Post NL. International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. Joëlle Wehkamp is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Joëlle Wehkamp, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS If you have filled in an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP at sjoesjoe@live.com Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. We advise you to reach out to the shipping courier of your parcel directly as they may be able to redirect your parcel. Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen packages.
  • ORDER TRACKING
    Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Joëlle Wehkamp with tracking information. Please check your emails spam folder when you haven't received the confirmation email. https://www.postnl.nl/ontvangen/post-ontvangen/track-en-trace/
  • IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
    Joëlle Wehkamp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs.   • DELIVERY
    All products are carefully wrapped in paper foil and sent in a double layered cardboard box. You will receive the track and trace information through email. The package won’t fit in your mailbox. ORDER NOT DELIVERED / DAMAGED PRODUCT Sorry when you received a product on bad conditions. Joëlle Wehkamp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. INCORRECT ADDRESS / NOT AT HOME If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when the courier service has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – Joëlle Wehkamp holds the right to calculate these additional costs on to you.
  • RETURNS
    All Joëlle Wehkamp products are non-refundable.
